My coaching philosophy is based on the belief that every individual has ideas that fully empower a person to achieve their goals and create the life they desire. I work with clients to identify their strengths and values, and help them create a plan of action to achieve their desired outcomes. Like Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr., the most quoted SCOTUS Justice, Holmes promoted this Chautauquan worldview that ideas matter. In promoting ideas, Teddy Roosevelt, who appointed Holmes, said, "Chautauqua is the most American thing in America."
